Planting up! Craig from Possil Pharmacy and Margaret Fraser, Head of Regeneration at ng homesng homes, which is the north of the city’s largest social housing provider was successful raising funds from the Scottish Government’s Town Centre Action Fund as administered through Glasgow City Council. Along with Possilpark’s Business Improvement District and Scotland’s Towns Partnership, a series of planters were made especially for the area to enhance the public realm. Additional funds came from Glasgow Canal Coop’s Heritage Lottery programme to encourage a celebration of the area’s rich heritage.
